The Meursault 1er Cru Perrières 2012 from Domaine Coche-Dury is a Chardonnay born on the limestone hillsides of Meursault. Oaky, it reveals aromas of flint, citrus and hazelnut. Its palate, lively and silky, offers a chalky minerality. Ideal until 2030 with oysters or poultry.

To the eye – A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky density and a mineral brilliance that hints at its depth.
On the nose – Aromas of candied lemon, acacia blossom and roasted hazelnut, followed by a saline touch reminiscent of iodine and flint.
On the palate – A smooth yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and saline finish where the purity of the terroir shines through.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its nuances.
