The Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2011, a Chardonnay from Domaine Coche-Dury, comes from the limestone slopes of the Côte de Beaune. Mineral and elegant, it offers floral and citrus aromas, a silky palate and a saline finish. Ideal through 2031 with shellfish or poultry in sauce.

To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of crystalline clarity and a silky texture that already hints at its richness.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and candied lemon intertwine with notes of damp undergrowth, flint and a saline touch, evoking the morning mists of the Burgundian hillsides.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, while nuances of orange zest and wild honey stretch into a long, harmonious finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to fully release its complexity.
