A Burgundian institution with an unbroken family heritage, Domaine Coche-Dury embodies the demands of a terroir and the faithfulness to a unique signature, shaped over generations within the walls of Meursault.

To the eye – A pale gold robe with green highlights, of a crystalline clarity and a silky texture that already hints at a generous substance.
On the nose – Aromas of candied orange zest, apricot blossom, heated flint and damp limestone, lifted by a saline touch that evokes sea spray and freshly cut chalk.
On the palate – A broad and velvety attack, carried by a lively and precise acidity, while a chalky minerality structures a long and slightly spiced finish, where an elegant tension persists.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full aromatic complexity.
