Tasting notes for Château Gazin Gazin 1982
On the eye – A ruby robe with amber reflections, dense and luminous, revealing a velvety texture and harmonious maturity.
On the nose – A generous bouquet where candied dark fruits, seasoned cedar, a hint of blond tobacco and a subtle earthy note mingle, carried by a chalky minerality.
On the palate – A broad and rounded attack, where silky tannins envelop flavors of dark chocolate, wild blackberry and gentle spices, leading to a long, saline finish marked by elegant tension.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
