To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, with a silky texture and a brilliance that already hints at its mineral tension.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and ripe plum intertwine with notes of raw cacao, smoky wood and a saline touch, like an echo of the chalky soils of Chambolle-Musigny.
On the palate: The attack is broad and precise, carried by a lively acidity and melted yet structured tannins, while a chalky minerality extends the finish into a saline and elegant length.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
