To the eye – A deep garnet robe with ruby reflections, dense and luminous, betraying a silky substance and a remarkable concentration.
On the nose – Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry and fresh cedar, lifted by touches of light tobacco, soft pepper and a subtle chalky minerality.
On the palate – A velvety and taut texture, where a lively acidity meets tannins of rare finesse, while a saline and persistent finish reveals an impressive length.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its complexity.
