La Cras Déprimeur 2023 red, a red Burgundy wine without sulphites. Pinot Noir and white varieties on limestone soils. Violet and fresh cherry, taut palate and crunchy tannins. Chalky minerality, to be drunk young or until 2025. Ideal with charcuterie or light dishes.
Nestled on the outskirts of Dijon, this estate embodies a natural and bold viticulture, where the chalky terroir of Burgundy engages in dialogue with methods respectful of living ecosystems.
- Terroir : Limestone and marly soils of the Côte dijonnaise, shaping wines of a vibrant minerality and a saline freshness.
- Vinification : Without additives or sulphites, the grapes – Pinot Noir and white varieties – express themselves in purity, between tension and silkiness.
On the eye: Light ruby robe with purple highlights, of a fluid and luminous texture.
On the nose: Freshness of violet and morello cherry, followed by notes of crisp blackcurrant and a saline touch, like a breath of damp chalk.
On the palate: A lively and juicy attack, where tender tannins embrace a moreish acidity – evoking an elegant grenadine – before a mineral and persistent finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its delicate aromas.
A vintage marked by early freshness and healthy harvests, ideal for wines to drink in their youth, yet endowed with sufficient structure for measured ageing.
- Ageing potential : To be enjoyed until 2028, kept away from light and sudden temperature variations.
