The Les Nourrissons 2022 from Stéphane Bernaudeau, a century-old Chenin Blanc on schist in Anjou, is a natural wine aged in barrels. Ripe fruits, a smooth palate, and saline minerality come together with elegance. To be enjoyed until 2030, it accompanies fine fish and aged cheeses.

Appearance: Straw yellow robe with golden highlights, of a silky clarity and a chalky density.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe white fruits – Williams pear, quince –, lifted by a touch of acacia honey and a saline hint.
On the palate: A smooth and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent minerality, leaving a long, saline finish of crystalline purity.
Serve at 15°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal the wine's full complexity.
