The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers 2021 from Domaine Ramonet is an exceptional white wine. Born on clay-limestone soils, this barrel-aged Chardonnay unveils aromas of citrus and a mineral touch. On the palate, silky and fresh, it pairs beautifully with shellfish and cheeses through to 2030.

A family estate rooted at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, where the legacy of Pierre Ramonet is carried on with rare exigency.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of Chassagne-Montrachet, where Premier Crus such as *Les Vergers* express a chalky minerality and an elegance typical of Burgundy.
- Winemaking: Oak barrel aging, respect for the fruit and pursuit of a natural tension for precise and vibrant wines.

To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom, candied lemon and roasted hazelnut, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of flint.
On the palate: Smooth and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and saline finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
