From the La Boudriotte climat in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Ramonet 2021 is a Chardonnay aged with 33% new oak barrels. It captivates with its chalky minerality, velvety texture and taut freshness. Ideal through 2030, it is sublime with lobster and pressed-curd cheeses.
A cornerstone of Chassagne-Montrachet, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence for three generations. A legacy where every cuvée celebrates the terroir with rare precision.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Premier Cru vineyards of Chassagne-Montrachet, where Chardonnay draws its chalky minerality and saline tension.
- Vinification: Aging in barrels (one third of which are new), respect for old vines and controlled yields for wines of crystalline purity.

On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom and candied lemon intertwine with notes of toasted hazelnut and flint, lifted by a saline touch that evokes the hillside breezes.
On the palate: Rich yet taut texture, where a lively acidity and chalky minerality structure a matter rich in candied citrus and acacia honey, leading to a long and saline finish.
