On the nose: Aromas of crunchy yellow apple, candied apricot, acacia blossom and roasted hazelnut, lifted by a saline touch and a discreet hint of vanilla.
On the palate: Unctuous yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, saline finish of effortless elegance.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
