Tasting notes for Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers 2022
To the eye: a golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity and promising density.
On the nose: aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by notes of flint, fresh butter, and a saline touch in the background.
On the palate: an unctuous and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, for a long and saline finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
