From the Les Vergers climat, this Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2022 is a Chardonnay aged in oak barrels. It offers aromas of yellow fruits and elegant minerality. The palate, smooth and lively, leads to a saline finish. Ideal with oysters or fish, it will improve until 2030.
Domaine Ramonet
A family estate rooted in the grand crus of Chassagne-Montrachet, where Burgundian heritage has been passed down for nearly a century.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marly soils of the Côte de Beaune, shaping white wines of chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Winemaking: Traditional approach, aged in oak barrels for a pure and precise expression of Chardonnay.
