The Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Boudriotte 2022 rouge reveals the character of its clay-limestone soils on the palate. This Pinot Noir, aged in oak barrels, marries red fruits, spices and minerality. Fresh and silky, it can be enjoyed through 2042 with game or truffle-stuffed poultry.

To the eye: Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry, wild blackberry, violet and soft spices, lifted by a mineral hint of flint and a subtle salty note.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky and well-integrated tannins, taut acidity carrying a chalky minerality through a long and persistent finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by optimal ripeness and remarkable aromatic concentration, while retaining a characteristic mineral freshness.
- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years, to be stored under ideal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
