The Ramonet Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet 2011, a white grand cru from Domaine Ramonet, comes from the clay-limestone hillsides of Burgundy. Notes of almond paste, white flowers and chalky minerality. A lively, persistent palate. To be enjoyed until 2030 with fatty fish or shellfish.
A Burgundian institution founded in 1927, Domaine Ramonet embodies the demands of a terroir and the transmission of a family expertise.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, the birthplace of Burgundy's greatest white grand crus, where chalky minerality engages in dialogue with the freshness of the hillsides.
- Vinification: Ageing in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and the pursuit of a pure expression, where mineral tension takes precedence over opulence.
