The Ramonet Bienvenues Bâtard-Montrachet 2021, a Burgundian Grand Cru, comes from clay-limestone soils. This Chardonnay aged in oak barrels (33% new) reveals aromas of white flowers and citrus, carried by a chalky minerality. On the palate, rich and taut, it delivers a saline finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 10–15 years; it pairs beautifully with lobster and aged cheeses.
A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, where the legacy of Pierre Ramonet is carried forward with unwavering exigence.

- Winemaking : Traditional methods, aging on lees with measured bâtonnage to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay and the tension of the terroir.
