Since the 1920s, this family estate has embodied the excellence of Chassagne-Montrachet, with every cuvée celebrating the harmony between tradition and precision.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Beaune, where Premier Cru vineyards such as Les Morgeots reveal a chalky minerality and unique depth.
- Vinification : Aged in oak barrels, respecting natural cycles and seeking a pure, unadulterated expression, yielding wines of taut elegance.

- To the eye : Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
- On the nose : Aromas of fresh morello cherry, wild blackberry and violet, lifted by a hint of liquorice and a subtle mineral salinity, evoking the damp undergrowth of Burgundy.
- On the palate : A lively and precise attack, where the tart tension marries a fine, chalky tannic structure, leading to a long, saline finish carried by notes of black cherry and gentle spices.
Serve between 15 and 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to unlock its full complexity.
