The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Vergers 2023 from Domaine Ramonet, made from Chardonnay, reveals a unique limestone terroir. Aged in barrels, it unveils aromas of citrus and flint. On the palate, silky and mineral, it can be cellared for 8 to 12 years and pairs with oysters or cheeses.

A family estate rooted in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, where exacting standards and tradition have shaped wines of rare elegance for nearly a century.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Beaune, the cradle of great Chardonnays, where each plot expresses a chalky minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Winemaking: Fermentation in oak barrels, patient aging and absolute respect for the fruit, for wines that are precise, vibrant and of remarkable length.

In the glass: Golden robe with green hues, of a silky clarity and a brilliance that heralds a luscious texture.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom, candied lemon and fresh hazelnut, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality that evokes the limestone soils of the terroir.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, supported by a taut acidity and a dense body, where notes of flint and a saline finish of great persistence intermingle.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by a balanced ripeness and a preserved freshness, ideal for expressing the purity of Chardonnay on this exceptional terroir.
