From the limestone hillsides of Saint-Aubin, this 1er Cru 2022 from Domaine Ramonet is a pure and mineral Chardonnay. Citrus, flint and white flowers compose its bouquet. The palate, taut and saline, captivates with its balance. Perfect with seafood or to be cellared for 5 to 7 years.

A pillar of white Burgundy, Domaine Ramonet has embodied for nearly a century the pursuit of excellence and unwavering fidelity to the terroir of Chassagne-Montrachet.
- Terroir: Limestone and marl soils of the Côte de Beaune, where the Saint-Aubin appellation reveals a chalky minerality and vibrant freshness.
- Vinification: Carefully controlled oak barrel ageing, preserving the purity of the Chardonnay and the natural tension of the fruit.

To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding a texture that is at once dense and airy.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom, candied lemon and green apple, followed by a hint of flint and a saline note reminiscent of sea breezes.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where notes of toasted hazelnut and citrus zest intertwine.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full elegance.
