- Winemaking: Natural methods, without additives, for cuvées of expressive purity, aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.

On the eye – Golden robe with pale highlights, of crystalline clarity, where light dances on a silky and airy texture.
On the nose – Aromas of acacia blossom, crisp green apple and Williams pear, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a persistent salinity, enveloped in an elegant substance and a long finish, where freshness and depth intertwine.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to release its full complexity.
