To the eye – A golden robe with pale highlights, of a crystalline clarity, like a glint of schist in the light.
On the nose – Aromas of crisp green apple, acacia blossom, then deeper notes of summer honey and gunflint, lifted by a discreet saline touch.
On the palate – A silky and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leaving a long, saline finish of precise elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
