The Echezeaux Grand Cru Les Loachausses 2023, born from the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, is a Pinot Noir aged in barrels. Red fruits, spices and chalky minerality intertwine in a silky, well-balanced structure. Best enjoyed from 2027 onwards with red meats or mushrooms.

To the eye: A deep garnet-red robe, velvety and luminous in texture, heralding a wine that is at once dense and ethereal.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh black cherry, delicate violet, then liquorice and undergrowth, lifted by a saline and chalky note characteristic of the terroir.
On the palate: A silky attack, lively acidity and taut minerality, with a long and precise finish where gentle spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C – Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
