On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and ripe raspberry, evolving toward notes of undergrowth, liquorice, and a saline hint of flint.
On the palate: Velvety and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, precise finish marked by gentle spices.
