The Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne 2019 Magnum from Domaine Duroché comes from the clay-limestone hillsides of Gevrey-Chambertin. This Pinot Noir, with its aromas of rosehip and liquorice, combines silkiness and minerality on the palate. To be enjoyed within the next 10 years, it pairs beautifully with game and aged cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Duroché Gevrey-Chambertin En Vosne 2019 Magnum
- To the eye : Deep purple robe, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a dense and refined wine.
- On the nose : Aromas of rosehip and eglantine, followed by a touch of liquorice and gentle spices, lifted by a subtle chalky salinity.
- On the palate : A lively and precise attack, where mineral tension meets a fleshy texture, leading to a long and elegant finish carried by a well-balanced acidity.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2019
A generous vintage, marked by optimal grape ripeness, yielding well-balanced and structured wines.
- Aging potential : To be kept for 10 to 15 years in a cool, humid cellar, away from light.
