The Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Boudriotte 2022 White from Domaine Ramonet flourishes on the limestone soils of Chassagne-Montrachet. This Chardonnay reveals aromas of white flowers, citrus and toasted almond, carried by a chalky minerality. On the palate, it combines lively freshness and a silky texture for a saline finish. To be enjoyed now or cellared until 2030, it pairs beautifully with fish and aged cheeses.
Domaine Ramonet
A family estate rooted at the heart of the Côte de Beaune, where exacting standards and tradition shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone and marly soils of the Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Crus, where minerality expresses itself with remarkable precision.
- Vinification: A fruit-forward approach, combining fermentation in oak barrels and ageing on fine lees for a silky texture and vibrant tension.
Tasting notes for Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru La Boudriotte 2022
To the eye: A pale golden robe with luminous reflections, of crystalline clarity and an almost silky texture in the light.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh white flowers – hawthorn, acacia – intertwine with notes of candied citrus, toasted almond and a saline touch, like a marine breeze over chalk.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, where taut acidity dialogues with a creamy texture, carried by a chalky minerality and a long, saline and persistent finish.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2022
A vintage marked by generous ripeness and preserved freshness, yielding wines of beautiful concentration without excess power.
- Ageing potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
