The Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Boudriottes 2022, a Chardonnay grown on clay-limestone soils, offers aromas of flowers and citrus. Aged in oak barrels, its silky, mineral palate lingers. Ideal with fish or cheese, with an aging potential of 10 to 15 years.
Domaine Ramonet
Nestled in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, this family estate has embodied Burgundian excellence for nearly a century. A tradition where time sculpts the elegance of great white wines.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, cradle of the greatest Chardonnays, where minerality expresses itself with rare precision.
- Vinification: Carefully controlled aging in oak barrels, achieving a harmony between fruit purity and woody complexity, without ever altering the terroir's signature.
Tasting notes for Domaine Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Boudriottes 2022
- To the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding an unctuous texture and generous substance.
- On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by notes of toasted hazelnut and flint, with a delicate saline undertone.
- On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where yellow fruits and gentle spices intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2022
A vintage marked by early ripeness and remarkable aromatic concentration, while retaining the mineral freshness characteristic of Burgundy's finest white wines.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
