Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot 2020 White
The Ramonet Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Morgeot 2020, a Chardonnay born on clay-limestone soils, is aged in oak barrels (33% new). Notes of white fruits and chalky minerality on the nose, silky and fresh on the palate. Ideal for 10 to 15 years of aging, it pairs beautifully with pan-seared sea bass or veal sweetbreads.

On the eye: Golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a rich and finely crafted substance.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by notes of toasted hazelnut, acacia honey and a saline touch reminiscent of the terroir's flint.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, driven by taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where freshness and complexity intertwine.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.

A vintage marked by early ripeness and a perfect balance between concentration and freshness, ideal for wines built to age.
