To the eye: A golden robe with pale highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like a veil of light over the hillsides of the Loire.
On the nose: Aromas of crisp green apple, acacia blossom, then ripe pear and citrus zest, lifted by a saline touch reminiscent of sea spray.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, before a long, saline finish where white fruits and gunflint notes intertwine.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to enhance its complexity.
