The Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Le Clos du Prieuré 2014, a biodynamic Pinot Noir from Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair, reveals aromas of cherry and raspberry. Sourced from calcareous soils, it combines vivacity and silky tannins. Perfect with poultry or cheeses, it can be kept until 2026.

Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, this family domaine embodies the union of tradition and exacting standards, driven by organic and biodynamic expertise.
- Terroir : The vines, rooted on the steep slopes of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, benefit from calcareous soils and a south-facing exposure, shaping wines of a distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking : A natural approach, where respect for the fruit takes precedence, for cuvées that are both precise and elegant, reflecting the authenticity of the Pinot Noir.
