A family estate rooted in Rablay-sur-Layon, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with authenticity and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Gravelly soils (red sand, quartz, clay) in Anjou, in the Loire Valley, shaping wines of distinctive minerality.
- Vinification: Natural methods, indigenous yeasts and aging on fine lees for a pure and vibrant expression of the grape variety.

To the eye: A golden robe with pale highlights, of a silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), white-fleshed fruits (crisp apple, Williams pear), then a saline and chalky touch evoking the gravelly soils of the Layon.
On the palate: A taut and precise texture, carried by a lively acidity and a saline minerality that stretches into a long and elegant finish.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full purity.
