This brut rosé champagne, with a light dosage of 7 g/l, offers incomparable freshness and elegance. Its original blend combines 90% Chardonnay, bringing liveliness and finesse, with 10% Pinot Noir, vinified in barrels, infusing subtle fruity notes. This composition, rare in Champagne, guarantees delicate harmony.
To the eye, its pale pink color with onion reflections seduces with its fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red berries such as raspberry mingle with floral touches and a hint of brioche. On the palate, it reveals a round, unctuous texture, persistent red fruit flavors and a fresh, balanced finish.
