Domaine des Tours
Nestled in the heart of Sarrians, this family estate embodies the Reynaud heritage since 1935, where old vines and artisanal expertise blend in harmony.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles from the southern Côtes-du-Rhône, bathed in Provençal sunshine, shaping wines of a unique mineral depth.
- Winemaking : Traditional methods and respect for the fruit, with aging in large oak casks to preserve the purity and elegance of the grape varieties.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine des Tours 2020
To the eye: Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, heralding a generous and precise palate.
On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherries, tangy pink grapefruit, dried rose petals and wild garrigue herbs, lifted by a saline and chalky touch.
On the palate: Velvety attack, fine and close-knit tannins, lively acidity balanced by a stony minerality, leading to a long and saline finish carried by an elegant tension.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to enhance its complexity.

A sunny and balanced vintage, where warm summer days and cool nights concentrated the aromas while preserving a vibrant freshness.
- Aging potential : To be cellared for 8 to 12 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C) and away from light, to allow its structure and complexity to fully develop.
