Appearance: Golden in color with green highlights, silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
Nose: White flower aromas (hawthorn, acacia), followed by notes of candied citrus (lime, grapefruit), then a touch of acacia honey and subtle chalky salinity.
Palate: A creamy yet vibrant texture, driven by precise acidity and saline minerality that carries through a long, fresh finish.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
