Nestled in the heart of Sarrians, this family estate embodies the viticultural heritage of the Reynaud family, custodians of a Rhône terroir where the vine converses with time.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles from the Vaucluse, bathed in Mediterranean light – a setting for country wines of rare precision.
- Winemaking: Aging in barrels, respect for natural cycles, and the pursuit of pure expression without artifice, where each vintage tells its own story.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine des Tours 2012
To the eye: Deep garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density and crystalline clarity.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and candied black cherry, followed by notes of licorice and dried thyme, lifted by a saline touch and a chalky minerality.
On the palate: A velvety attack, fine and tight tannins, a lively acidity that carries an elegant tension, while a saline and persistent finish evokes sun-warmed pebbles.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by generous ripeness and preserved freshness, where the Mediterranean sun sculpted wines that are both full-bodied and taut.
