Appearance: Gold with pale highlights and silky clarity.
Nose: Candied citrus zest and dried white flowers, followed by hints of acacia honey and flint—a profile both fresh and deep.
Palate: Luscious yet vibrant, with precise acidity and chalky minerality leading to a lingering saline finish.
Serve at 10–12 °C in a medium-sized white wine glass to bring out its complexity.
