Nestled at the heart of Vacqueyras, this family domaine perpetuates a viticultural heritage where time seems suspended. Under the guidance of Emmanuel Reynaud, an exceptional craftsman, each bottle tells the story of a preserved terroir and a natural philosophy.
- Terroir : 40 hectares of organic vines, set on gravelly alluvial soils of the Vaucluse, where the old Grenache vines draw their character from a generous and mineral soil.
- Vinification : An artisanal approach – natural fermentations in oak barrels, patient macerations and measured aging – for wines of rare purity and tension.

Tasting notes for the wine Domaine des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Rouge 2021
- To the eye : A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky density.
- On the nose : First, notes of wild blackberry and black cherry, followed by a touch of liquorice and gentle spices, before a subtle salinity comes to underline the chalky minerality of the terroir.
- On the palate : A broad and velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a mineral tension that guides the wine towards a long and persistent finish, where ripe fruits and roasted nuances intertwine.
Serve between 16 and 18°C, in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2021
A vintage where freshness and ripeness balance each other with rare elegance, revealing the signature of a generous terroir and patient craftsmanship.
- Aging potential : To be stored for 10 to 15 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light, to allow its structure and aromas to fully develop.
