In the glass – A deep ruby color with garnet highlights and a silky density.
On the nose – First, aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of garrigue, white pepper, and a subtle chalky note.
On the palate – A fleshy yet elegant texture, lifted by lively acidity and saline minerality, leads to a long, precise finish mingling candied red fruit and sweet spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
