The domaine des Tours 2022, Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Rouge, is born from the sandy terroirs of the Rhône. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, aged in large barrels, it offers notes of red fruits, thyme and spices. On the palate, silky and mineral, it pairs with grilled meats and keeps for 10 years.

Tasting notes for the Domaine des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Rouge 2022
To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: A generous bouquet where fresh red fruits – wild strawberries, black cherries and ripe raspberries – intermingle, before giving way to notes of garrigue, liquorice and soft spices, carried by a saline and mineral touch.
On the palate: A velvety, almost fleshy attack, where the acidic tension and chalky minerality balance a dense and precise substance; the long, persistent finish releases echoes of thyme and white pepper.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to exalt its complexity.
2022 Vintage
A vintage marked by a generous sun-drenched maturity tempered by cool nights, offering a perfect balance between concentration and freshness.
- Aging potential: 10 to 15 years; store in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
