To the eye: Golden robe with green reflections, of a silky clarity and a chalky density that announces a generous substance.
On the nose: Aromas of candied citrus – yellow lemon and pink grapefruit – mingled with ripe white peach, fresh almond and a saline touch recalling sea spray, all enveloped in a subtle note of sun-drenched garrigue.
On the palate: Unctuous and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity that underlines the stony minerality of the terroir, while the long and saline finish leaves an impression of persistent elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to enhance its complexity.
