Appearance – A deep red color with garnet highlights, dense and silky.
On the nose – Initial notes of wild blackberry and black cherry give way to a touch of licorice and sweet spice, finishing with a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A full, fleshy texture, lifted by lively acidity and taut minerality, leads to a long, elegant finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
