To the eye: Pale golden yellow robe, of a crystalline clarity and a silky brilliance, like a ray of sunshine captured in the glass.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear and white peach, followed by a floral touch of almond blossom, then candied orange peel and acacia honey – a saline, almost iodized freshness recalls the estate's limestone soils.
On the palate: An ample and velvety attack, where the generous fruit marries a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, for a long and taut finish, punctuated with nuances of candied citrus and toasted almond.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
