Nestled in Sarrians, in the heart of the Vaucluse, this family estate embodies the demands of a terroir and the transmission of an artisanal know-how.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles from the southern Rhône Valley, bathed in Mediterranean light, shaping wines of rare precision.
- Vinification: Biodynamic approach, manual harvesting and patient aging to reveal the purity of the fruit and the minerality of the terroir.
Tasting notes for the wine domaine des Tours Merlot Syrah 2004
To the eye: Deep garnet robe with brick-red hints, of a silky texture and a velvety density.
On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherry, blonde tobacco, sun-drenched garrigue and black olive, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of grey pepper.
On the palate: Round and fleshy attack, supported by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long, spicy finish where leather and licorice intertwine.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to enhance its complexity.

A fresh and balanced vintage, where the coolness of the nights preserved the acidity and tension of the grapes, offering today a harmonious tertiary maturity.
