Tasting notes for the Domaine des Tours 2019 wine
- To the eye : A deep red robe with garnet highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
- On the nose : First, fresh aromas of wild blackberry and blackcurrant, then deeper notes of aromatic herbs, liquorice and a saline touch reminiscent of sun-drenched garrigue.
- On the palate : A lively and taut attack, carried by silky tannins and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish where gentle spices and persistent freshness intertwine.
Serve at 16°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to unlock its full complexity.
