Nestled in the heart of the Vaucluse, this family estate embodies the heritage of a lineage of passionate winegrowers, where each bottle tells the soul of a generous terroir.
- Terroir : Gravelly alluvial soils, bathed in Mediterranean sunshine, shape wines of rare precision, balancing power and elegance.
- Vinification : An artisanal approach, where natural yeasts and aging in oak barrels elevate the pure expression of the grape varieties.
Tasting notes for the Domaine des Tours 2019 wine
To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose – First notes of wild blackberry and black cherry, followed by a touch of licorice and thyme, before a subtle saltiness comes to balance the whole.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where the tension of chalky tannins blends with a persistent minerality, for a long and harmonious finish.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
