The domaine des Tours Clairette 2020, a cuvée from Château des Tours, reveals the pebble and clay soils of Sarrians. This 100% Clairette white wine seduces with its notes of honey, candied lemon and beeswax, and its chalky minerality. Creamy and lively on the palate, it offers a slightly bitter finish. Perfect with shellfish or aged cheeses.
A family estate rooted in Sarrians, in the Vaucluse, where the Rhône heritage expresses itself with rare authenticity.

Tasting notes for Château des Tours Clairette 2020
To the eye – A golden robe with pale reflections, of a silky and luminous texture, like a ray of sunshine caught in the glass.
On the nose – Aromas of candied lemon and acacia honey intertwine with notes of beeswax and flint, lifted by a discreet yet persistent saline touch.
On the palate – A creamy and fleshy attack, carried by a lively and citrusy acidity, while a chalky minerality stretches into a long and slightly bitter finish, reminiscent of the great Mediterranean whites.
Serve at 10°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
