A family estate rooted in the gravelly soils of the Vaucluse, where tradition meets organic rigor.
- Terroir: Gravelly alluvial soils in the southern Rhône Valley, cradle of old-vine Grenache and bold blends under the Vin de Pays de Vaucluse appellation.
- Vinification: Natural fermentations in oak barrels, precise macerations and patient aging for cuvées where freshness engages in dialogue with structure.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine des Tours Vin de Pays de Vaucluse Rouge 2022
To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky texture and a chalky density that heralds generous substance.
On the nose – Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry, lifted by notes of fresh thyme, a touch of licorice and a subtle mineral salinity recalling the pebbles of the Rhône terraces.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, where the tangy tension carries elegant tannins and a stony minerality, leading to a long, saline finish marked by gentle spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage where controlled heat preserved the freshness of the grapes, offering a perfect balance between maturity and tension.
- Aging potential: 8 to 10 years, to be stored in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
