Tasting notes for Domaine des Tours 2004 white wine
Appearance: Golden in color with pale highlights, silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
Nose: White flower aromas (hawthorn, acacia) mingle with notes of candied citrus (lime, grapefruit), followed by a saline touch and chalky minerality characteristic of the estate’s limestone soils.
Palate: A lively, precise opening, driven by taut acidity and a creamy texture, while the minerality lingers through a long, saline finish.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to bring out its complexity.
