The Domaine des Tours 2021, grown on the gravels of the Vin de Pays de Vaucluse, expresses the terroir of the southern Rhône. Sourced from old Grenache vines, this red wine marries red fruits, garrigue and spices, with a touch of oak. Fresh and mineral, it offers elegant tannins and can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.

Nestled in Sarrians, in the heart of the Vaucluse, this family estate embodies the exacting standards of an exceptional terroir, shaped by generations of winemakers.
- Terroir : Gravelly soils from Rhône alluvial deposits, where old Grenache vines draw a unique minerality, under the generous climate of the southern Rhône.
- Winemaking : Organic methods, late harvests and patient aging in barrels for cuvées of rare precision, where each grape variety reveals its character.

Tasting notes for the Domaine des Tours 2021 wine
To the eye – A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose – First notes of morello cherry and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of thyme and rosemary, before opening up on gentle spices and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate – A frank and juicy attack, carried by a lively acidity and a stony minerality, while the fine, well-integrated tannins extend the tasting into a long and elegant finish.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
Vintage 2021
A vintage marked by preserved freshness, where the balance between ripeness and tension gives rise to a wine of great precision.
- Aging potential : To be kept for 8 to 10 years in a cool, dark cellar, to allow its aromas to fully develop over time.
