To the eye: A garnet red robe with deep highlights, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe cherries, gentle spices, garrigue and a mineral touch reminiscent of the warm stones of the terroir.
On the palate: A tender and velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
