Discover the delicacy of Château Haut-Brion 1971, a refined red wine from Pessac-Léognan, premier cru classé, produced by Domaine Dillon. Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, this wine is rooted in a gravelly clay terroir in a mild climate. The 1971 vintage, marked by a mild summer, offers elegant subtlety. Aged 22 months in new oak barrels, it reveals remarkable finesse. On tasting, it offers aromas of red fruits, tobacco, leather and a mineral note, with a touch of graphite. Its supple texture and delicate tannins culminate in a harmonious finish. This rare vintage will delight Bordeaux wine lovers in search of refinement. Ideal for a cellar or an intimate tasting, this jewel of Pessac-Léognan should be ordered for a unique experience!
